Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere  was born on the 23rd of October 1970.

Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere  did his high school education at Bradley Institute and graduated in Political Science at University of Zimbabwe.

Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere worked for the Presidents Department and left to pursue his own business ventures. In 1999 honorable Saviour Kasukuwere was elected the Youth Chairman of Mashonaland Central. In 2001 Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere  was elected to the Zanu PF Politburo as Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs. Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere  was re-elected in 2005 and appointed to the Politburo. In the March 2000 Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere  was re-elected as Member of Parliament for Mt Darwin South. Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere  served in the Parliament Portfolio Committees on Library; and chaired Committees on Defence and Home Affairs.


 Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere  was re-elected in the March 2005 elections representing the same constituency and in April 2005 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Youth Development and Employment Creation. 


Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere currently serves as the Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment in the Government of Zimbabwe and also the Member of Parliament for Mt. Darwin.

Honorable Saviour Kasukuwere is married and has three children.
